How long does it take for my order to be processed?
**HOLIDAY NOTICE**
ITEMS THAT ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED FROM OUR FULFILLMENT CENTERS MAY HAVE LONGER THAN USUAL DELIVERY TIMES
Fulfillment:From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider.
Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 7-14 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t fret, though! It’s super easy to restock and your wait time will be minimized!
Shipping: Shipping options can range from 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select. Expedited service is available for some orders upon request.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently, we can not accommodate order pickups.
Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?
We will send your tracking information with an automated shipping notification which you receive after an order is fulfilled and prepared to ship.
How do I make a Return and How do you handle a returned shipment that was undeliverable as addressed?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. If you need to return an item to us, Please email us for a return shipping label (chief@tribestlyes.com). You must return the unworn item within 14 days of receiving the return label.
If you require an exchange however due to your error and not ours, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns from the Postal Service, due to insufficient or wrong address are restocked after 30 days. (We will inform you a via email with 1 follow-up before this occurs)
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You the customer are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
